  1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I reside in Exeter.

  2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice viz: St Stephens in this City. I hold the Parish of Alhallows Goldsmith Street by Sequestration granted me by the late Bishop of Exeter.

  3. Divine service at other churches: No.

  4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service has not <been> performed in this Church for many years. The Inhabitants of the Parish go to St Stephen's, where they are commodiously seated.

  5. Frequency of communion: There are between twenty and thirty Communicants.

  6. Catechising of children: At the same Times that I catechise the youth of St Stephens.

  7. Church fabric: Yes.

  8. Glebe terrier: There are no Glebe Lands House, &c.

  9. Number of families: About forty Families.

  10. Chapels: There is no Chapel in my Parish.

  11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I have no reputed Papists nor Meeting House in my Parish.

  12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no publick {school} or other School. No Alms House Hospital or Library.

  13. Charity: Two Fields of Land in East Teignmouth & another in the Parish of St David, have been left for the Repairs of the Church. And these Benefactions are duly applied.

    Priest's orders and institution: My Sequestration is dated August 9th 1771.
